Join me for a 45-minute yoga practice that focuses on the dos and donts of postnatal yoga! Learn how to repair the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, open the chest and shoulders, and protect the body from postnatal discomfort and injury.
Emily Mitchell will then educate us on the importance of nutrition to help new moms maintain energy, fight fatigue, boost mood and attain pre-pregnancy weight safely and effectively. Labor and Delivery 101  ~ Sunday January 22, 2017 ~ 12:30-3:30pm @ The Green Yogi

Cost: $85 per couple images

In this 3 hour workshop we will discuss in detail:

  • hospital policies
  • possible interventions
  • labor timeline and stages of labor
  • comfort and breathing techniques
  • tips for how to change the position of baby for optimal labor progression

Following discussion, you will physically connect with your partner using a variety of partner poses, breathing exercises, and meditations. Learning valuable hands on labor comfort techniques and general guidelines on how to have a peaceful and successful birth experience.
